Information we collect
Thread Foundry may collect account identity, email address, saved designs, saved products, cart contents, checkout metadata, shipping details, order history, organization membership information, and support or fulfillment notes.
Design creation may store the phrase, selected style, generation prompt, AI provider and model metadata, production artwork assets, mockups, and revision history.
How information is used
Information is used to operate accounts, generate and save designs, process checkout, fulfill orders, provide order status, manage organizations, improve the storefront, prevent abuse, and maintain audit logs.
Internal cost, supplier, margin, payment, and fulfillment records are not shown publicly.
Service providers
Thread Foundry may use providers such as Cloudflare for hosting, D1, and R2 storage, Stripe for payments, OpenAI or other AI providers for generation, Resend or another email provider for messages, and suppliers for fulfillment.
Provider access is limited to what is needed for the relevant service.
Private organization content
Organization-private content is protected server-side and should not be indexed or shown to unrelated customers.
Administrators may see organization submissions, products, orders, and related fulfillment information as needed to operate the collection.

This policy may be updated as Thread Foundry adds production capabilities, supplier integrations, email communications, and additional organization features.
