Fulfillment timing
Thread Foundry routes orders through configured suppliers or manual fulfillment workflows.
Production and shipping timing can vary by garment, supplier, order volume, selected color and size, and whether a product requires manual review.
Tracking
When tracking is available, Thread Foundry stores the carrier, tracking number, tracking URL, shipped date, expected delivery date when available, and delivery status.
Customers can view order status from the order-status page linked after checkout.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Address changes may not be possible after the order is sent to a supplier.
Lost or delayed shipments
If a shipment appears delayed or lost, Thread Foundry will review the supplier and carrier status and help determine the next reasonable step.
Supplier and carrier limitations may affect replacement or refund timing.
