Terms of Service

Terms for shopping, creating, saving, submitting, and purchasing apparel through Thread Foundry.

Launch note

This policy is practical operating content for Thread Foundry and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before high-volume public launch.

Using Thread Foundry

Thread Foundry provides a marketplace and design workflow for phrase-driven apparel, including public products, private organization collections, saved designs, and owner-reviewed product drafts.

By using the site, you agree to provide accurate account, checkout, and shipping information and to use the design tools lawfully.

User-submitted phrases and designs

You are responsible for the phrases, instructions, artwork, references, and organization branding you submit.

Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, including protected logos, trademarks, celebrity likenesses, copyrighted artwork, harassing content, illegal content, or hate content.

AI-assisted output is not a legal clearance or guarantee that a design is safe to sell.

Purchases and fulfillment

Prices, product availability, sizes, colors, taxes, shipping charges, and fulfillment timing may change before checkout is completed.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Thread Foundry does not store raw card numbers.

Orders may be routed to manual or third-party fulfillment sources. Supplier substitutions may be used when they do not materially change the product ordered.

Organization collections

Organizations may maintain public, private, unlisted, and admin-only designs. Private organization designs are intended only for authorized members and administrators.

Organization administrators are responsible for reviewing member submissions before publication or sale.

Administrative actions

Thread Foundry may reject, remove, archive, or unpublish designs or products that violate these terms, create fulfillment risk, raise intellectual-property concerns, or are otherwise unsuitable for the marketplace.

Important administrative actions may be logged for security, auditability, payment, fulfillment, and support purposes.
